Teow Hwa Kwa is Thompson-Ferrari Endowed Business Chair and professor of business at Sterling College. He is also visiting professor at the Business School, Universidad Francisco Marroquín. He holds a PhD in urban and regional science with emphasis on real estate finance and developmentand from Texas A&M University, a MS in land development and a BS in economics from University of Southern Maine. Kwa is coeditor, with Atef Sharkawy, of "A Strategy for International Real Estate Education: Proceedings of the International Congress of Real Estate."
