About this video
About the author
Hank Louis, founder of DesignBuildBLUFF, talks about his architectural projects between 2000 and 2007. At Design-Build studio (2000-2003), he directed the construction of temporary bandstands, spots for birdwatching, and Kunga House. Later he founded DesignBuildBLUFF, located on a Navajo Reservation in Utah, where he and his students have built several houses for Native Americans, including Rosie Joe, Big Johnson, Caroline, and the Benallys. His architectural projects are ecological and constructed with natural resources for energy conservation and ventilation.
